US
Bay Area Financial Services, creative funding group, and over
6,000 lenders world wide have teamed up to create a nationwide
consulting firm and we are committed to providing you with the
most balanced view of any viable lending situation. We offer
a variety of sophisticated lending placement and brokerage services,
and we are fully prepared to assist you with any temporary of
permanent financing needs.
We
do not charge any “Up Front Fees”, and we are only
paid from the loan proceeds if we are successful in helping
your clients. However expenses for telephone, fax, and overnight
express are paid by the applicant seeking financing. If necessary,
hourly fees are charged for packaging the loan submission in
the format acceptable to our investors, plus other specialized
services other than placing the actual loan guarantee.
We
welcome the opportunity of working with qualified brokers on
any viable project they may have. Our fees are earned at closings
and split equally at the time. We well send you a copy of our
protection agreement when we accept your first submittal.
Effectively,
our firm is currently organized along seven major areas of financial
services: funds are available but not limited to:
Acquisitions:
Buyouts, receivable, leasing, lines of credit, expansion, working
capital, loans, income producing property, construction, take
out letters, wraparounds, etc.
Our
minimum loan for consideration on one project is $100,000, although
we will look conservatively at quality deals of lesser amounts.
Special
Services: We are firmly committed to assisting firms is raising
funds through the issuance of Industrial Revenue Bonds (IRB)
with interest rates two to four points lower than conventional
loans.
